Remarkable customer service, I felt welcomed upon check in. Once I arrived, there was a small issue regarding my room. I purchased the single room with a king bed. Turns out, this room already had a person staying there (apparently they didn't check out when they were supposed to). Long story short, the Hilton staff did an excellent job with resolving this matter quickly and efficiently. They gave me a free upgrade to a king junior suite!! This room was beyond excellent, very comfortable bed and large walk-in shower. I am a proud Hilton Honors member, and it will continue to stay this way! Thank you

We were fleeing Hurricane Milton. The hotel was safe, didn't lose electricity, didn't flood. The staff was amazing and accommodating. I'll definitely be back if we have to evacuate again.

I travel to Orlando half a dozen times a year. I always stay at this location. Its clean and safe. The staff is always kind and professional. I really like receiving text messages about my stay. You guys do an amazing job.

The location was perfect for what I needed. It was so nice that I could get dinner right at the hotel, the menu was varied and the food came quickly and was good. The breakfast was also very good. Room was comfortable and clean. I would stay here again. Parking was free. Staff was friendly.

Location is great if you need to be in east Orlando / UCF. I'm a light sleeper and didn't get woken up by any noise.

We've stayed here several times. Great location, easy to find and professional staff. Good breakfast available in the mornings - made to order (not complimentary- but reasonable).
